Finalists announced for TMS Awards
Back
After an extensive and detailed judging process, the finalists for the TMS Awards have been announced. The full shortlist for each of the 25 awards can be viewed by clicking here, with the winners set to be revealed at the TMS Awards gala dinner on Wednesday 29th October2025, at the Atlantis, the Palm, Dubai.
Around 1000 top executives are expected to attend the Awards, which will be held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President, Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chairman and Chief Executive, Emirates Airline and Group. Guests will come from not just across the region but worldwide, making it one of the biggest international maritime gatherings anywhere.
Clive Woodbridge, chair of the judging panel, says, “All of the companies who have been named as finalists can be proud of that achievement and competition this year was intense. In a number of categories, we had a record number of entrants. Whether or not they go on to pick up one of the prestigious awards on the night, they can reflect on a very positive achievement.”
The judges have put a huge amount of time and effort into evaluating the various entries over the past few weeks, bringing their experience and expertise to bear on the process. The panel includes: Clive Woodbridge, Editor, The Maritime Standard; Capt. Abdulkareem Al Masabi, CEO, ADNOC Logistics & Services; Abdulla Bin Damithan, CEO and Managing Director, DP World GCC; Capt. Ammar Mubarak Al Shaiba, CEO, Maritime Cluster & Noatum Maritime, AD Ports Group; Dr. Ibrahim Al Nadhairi, CEO, ASYAD Shipping; Ali Shehab Global Director of Special Projects and Services, DNV; Numair Shaikh, CEO, Tomini Shipping; Capt. Binesh Kumar Tyagi, Chairman and Managing Director, The Shipping Corporation of India and Bard Poulsson, Senior Vice President, International Maritime Lead, Lockton.
